Her debut single is a contemporary rock song, Pink Walls, brought a profound message on domestic violence, was featured across prominent radio stations such as CBC Radio and CKUA Radio; and is used by women shelter organizations in domestic violence campaigns across US and Canada.

Peace Region Girls Choir
Commissioned and premiered by the Peace Region Girls Choir, Esther Ling has published her second children's song, "Rain, Won't You Please Stop!"; a fun and relatable Spring-inspired, 2-part harmony song for children choirs to sing about being bored at home when it is raining all day.

This song was premiered by the Peace Region Girls Choir on 24 May 2025 at the choir's annual Spring concert, "Bringing The Sunshine" in Grande Prairie.​ ​​

A temporary step away from her contemporary pop catalogue, Esther Ling, releases her 4th single; an endearing children’s song, “Cheeky Wind”, which evokes nostalgia to all ages with its mischievous story. The released recording is Esther's own production, featuring the voices of her two children as well.
This song was the winning song of the 2025 Grande Prairie Boys Choir Songwriting Competition and was premiered by the Grande Prairie Boys Choir's Spring concert, "Youthful Energy & Dreams" on 15 March 2025 in Grande Prairie, AB.​​ ​​​​

Written from a personal experience during a challenging time with her mental health, this song speaks to the fleeting moments of love between two people; when the strength of a relationship is tested during struggling moments.​​​​

Greatest Gift

A song born out of gratitude, Esther Ling wrote and performed her first song, "The Greatest Gift" at the last recital and alumni concert, which brought healing to the community of Grande Prairie, AB, and the music instructors at Northwestern Polytechnic (former Grande Prairie Regional College) who lost their jobs from the abrupt closure of the music program in March 2023.
